Good to know
Practical answers.
Still need help with your date or a specific requirement? Ask our team before booking.
Which theatre does my package visit?
The Small Theatre package visits the coastal theatre near Old Epidaurus, with a seaside lunch. The Ancient Theatre package includes a minibus excursion to the famous inland theatre at the Sanctuary of Asklepios, with a licensed guide, museum visit and lunch onboard. Guiding is in English. Cruise-only and cruise-with-transfers include independent harbour time.
Are Ancient Theatre entrance tickets included?
No. Archaeological-site and museum admission is extra. The supplier asks Ancient Theatre package guests to buy separate official entrance tickets at least one day ahead and bring a digital or printed copy. Check site opening and holiday arrangements for your date. Official site admission information (opens in a new tab).
Can I stay onboard instead of swimming?
Yes. Swimming is optional and the stop depends on sea and safety conditions. Swimmers must be able to enter and leave the water independently. Visibility varies.
Is the cruise suitable for my access needs?
The experience is not wheelchair accessible. Strollers and pets are not permitted. Ask before paying if boarding, moving around the boat or swimming access is important to you.
Can children join?
Children must travel with an adult. Choose the correct guest categories in the calendar and ask about any specific needs before booking.
What is the seasonal island route?
The current written programme names Aegina in April, May and October, and Aponisos in June, July and September. It does not specify August. Ask the team to confirm the final stop for your August date.
When is the cruise available?
The currently published season is 1 April–31 October 2027. Use the live calendar for your exact date, guests and package. A published season does not guarantee availability on a particular day.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
The current product policy allows a full refund when cancelled at least 24 hours before the experience. Review the exact cutoff and final terms for your booking. Follow the provider’s confirmed arrangements if weather affects departure.
What if the weather changes?
The route, swimming and programme can change for weather and safety. Follow the operator’s confirmed instructions for your departure.
Is food included, and can I bring my own?
Lunch is included only in the Small Theatre and Ancient Theatre packages. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Ask about alternative meal arrangements and essential dietary requirements before choosing your fare.
